It’s been a busy couple of months here at the East Lancashire Railway. We saw the much-anticipated return of the Flying Scotsman following several cancellations during the severest part of the pandemic. Our volunteers and staff have gone above and beyond to provide resources during this difficult recovery period, and we have happily seen a stronger than expected improvement in ELR Finances.
