The Autumn Diesel Gala is imminent, and the timetable is now available to download!
Taking place 15 – 16 September 2023, event highlights include guest locomotives Class 56, 56301 and Class 37, 387667. There will also be opportunities to travel behind Class 40, 40012.
All told there will be up to 15 heritage diesel locos and three DMU’s running an intensive, all-diesel timetable. One daily trip extends past Heywood to Hopwood, and an evening Beer-ex runs on both days.
An enhanced Diesel service will also be operating on Sunday 17th September.
